AgriHub is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to the transactions between users. Sellers are solely responsible for their listings, pricing, quality, and fulfilment. Buyers are responsible for reviewing offers before purchasing. Any dispute regarding a transaction is between the buyer and seller, though we may provide tools to help resolve issues.
You retain ownership of the content you post (listings, images, messages, reviews). By posting content, you grant AgriHub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content solely to operate and promote the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.
Some features are offered through paid subscription plans. Where applicable, fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms are shown before you purchase. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled before the next billing date. Taxes may apply based on your location.
AgriHub may provide AI-generated farming guidance, weather information, and tips. This content is provided for general informational purposes only and may not be accurate or suitable for your specific situation. It is not a substitute for professional agronomic, veterinary, financial, or legal advice. Always use your own judgement and consult qualified experts before making decisions.
The Service, including its design, software, logos, and trademarks, is owned by AgriHub or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AgriHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from transactions between users, reliance on AI or weather content, or interruptions to the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
